2. Use of Shiny Car Stuff Products
We are not responsible for any damages that incur from misuse of the product. You as a buyer agree to use our products in the following ways:
a. Following our Step by Step Instructions here
b. Over the clear coat, trim, or headlights of a vehicle
c. On panels that are between 45-100°F (optimal temperature for application is 50-80°F)
d. In environments of less than 90% humidity
e. In a well-ventilated area (ideally apply and let it cure in a ventilated garage)
f. While wearing gloves / masks / PPE
g. Practicing on a small panel of a car first before doing an entire vehicle
h. Proper disposal of any used towels/bottles in a closed metal container filled with water and soap
i. Keeping vehicle dry for 24 hours after applying, not washing for 48 hours after applying, and not taking through an automatic wash, and ensure temperature is maintained during curing process
3. Description of Products
Paint Pros LLC provides Shiny Car Stuff products for your automotive coat. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our products at any time without notice.
4. Use of Services and Website
You agree to NOT:
a. Violate any applicable laws or regulations
b. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
c. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
d. Transmit or distribute any harmful code, viruses, or malware
5. Content
a. You retain ownership of any content and personal information you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant Shiny Car Stuff a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services.
b. You agree not to submit content that is offensive, illegal, or infringing on the rights of others.
