1. Shipping Information

At Paint Pros LLC, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines important details regarding our shipping procedures. Note that as soon as an item is marked "delivered," we are no longer responsible for the shipment.

If your package is still showing as "in transit" we are not able to do anything with your order until the package lands somewhere. Paint Pros, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays from our carriers.

International orders require the customer/consignee to be responsible for shipping fees, taxes and import duties.

2. Shipping Locations

At this time, we currently offer shipping to the following countries: Continental United States, Australia, Austria, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, England, Japan, Latvia, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Philippines, Scotland, South Africa, Spain, UAE, Vietnam and Wales. Other countries are available in bulk orders only; please e-mail our international team for a quote: shinycarstuffinternational@gmail.com

 

3. Order Tracking

We provide order tracking information once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email from us with tracking details, delivered to the email address that you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information, feel free to reach out to us via email (shinycarstuff@gmail.com)


4. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped out by Shiny Car Stuff within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. After this, the shipping/delivery is handled via USPS. Orders to Canada will be processed through FedEx Ground or DHL at this time.


5. Delivery Times and Method

At this time, we only offer the following shipping method:

USPS Retail Ground Shipping: USPS Retail Ground Shipping typically takes within 5-7 business days to deliver depending on a number of factors. Shipping cost is $5.00 with a $2.99 handling fee, totaling delivery at $7.99/order.

FedEx Ground for Canada: estimated shipping costs are determined by FedEx calculated rates. 

DHL Ground for Canada: estimated shipping costs are determine by DHL calculated rates.


6. Delayed / Lost Packages

a.  The actual delivery of packages is handled by USPS, not Shiny Car Stuff. To track lost packages, please use the tracking number provided in the order tracking information we sent to your provided email address.

b. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors out of our control.

c. While we make every effort to meet estimated shipping times, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

d. Until the package lands somewhere, we cannot do anything regarding your package. As long as the package shows as "in transit" we cannot help until the package is delivered.

e. If your package is showing as "missing mail search" this does not mean your package is missing. This means our team noticed your package hasn't updated and we entered the search on your behalf. We will not reship packages until 2 weeks after the missing mail search has been entered, as most packages are found during this time.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the personal information and shipping address you provide at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you entered the incorrect address at check out, and we have to ship a replacement package, the customer is responsible for a one-time charge of $5.00 to pay for the replacement shipment.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we currently offer shipping to the following countries: Continental United States, Australia, Austria, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, England, Japan, Latvia, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Philippines, Scotland, South Africa, Spain, UAE, Vietnam and Wales. Other countries are available in bulk orders only; please e-mail our international team for a quote: shinycarstuffinternational@gmail.com. For all international orders, the consignee is responsible for all taxes and duties for customs.


9. Shipping Delays

In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues. We will make every effort to communicate any delays and provide updates to affected customers, but the actual delivery is not handled by Shiny Car Stuff.


10. Shipping Costs

DOMESTIC U.S. SHIPPING POLICY (Excluding Hawaii):  We currently offer two options for shipping within the Continental US for $7.99 for USPS Ground Advantage shipping and prices are auto-calculated at check out for FedEx Home Delivery shipping.

Typically, FedEx Home Delivery is a faster shipping option if you are in a time crunch (1-5 business days) vs USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days).

***Please note that we have been having moderate to severe delays with USPS Ground Advantage shipping, last updated 12/9/2024.  We apologize for any inconveniences that result from these delays and are working with our local post office to mitigate this.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII:  We currently offer FedEx Priority Shipping to the Hawaiian islands and are seeking a dedicated distributor to help with the residents to decrease shipping costs.  If you are serious and interested, please email our logistics team at shinycarstuffinternational@gmail.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We currently offer FedEx International Shipping for most major countries listed at the top or bottom of our website page.  To purchase outside of the U.S., simply navigate to the country of your choice and purchase accordingly.  If you do not see your country, we apologize and are working hard to be able to make it available.

 In the future, shipping costs will be calculated based on the following factors:

a. Shipping destination

b. Shipping method selected

c. Order weight and dimensions

d. International shipping: all customers/consignees will be responsible for all shipping, taxes and import duties

Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before finalizing your purchase.

 

11. Returns

You may be charged a fee to return your package back to us as the sender. We reserve the right to charge a one-time fee of $5.99 to return the package if the request is not reasonable; this decision falls under our own judgement. 

 

12. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
