1. Overview

At Paint Pros LLC / Shiny Car Stuff, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience. We understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting and processing refunds for products purchased from us.

Please see bullet 2 for international shipping.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

We currently only offer refunds under the following circumstance:

Sealed Product with Original Box: If you have an unopened, sealed product that you purchased along with the original box it was shipped in, we may offer a refund once we have received the returned product.

The customer is responsible for payment of return shipping; there is a one-time restock fee of $5.00. This product does require hazmat shipping and proper hazmat shipping steps must be taken by the customer. The product may not be shipped back once it has been opened because of the material it is made from.

International Shipping: At this time, we are not able to offer refunds or returns to customers outside of the continental U.S. and Canada, due to the cost of shipping and logistic necessities of dangerous goods. Once items have reached the border/customs, you may not exchange or refund your order.


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

Contact our customer support team at shinycarstuff@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request. The product must be returned within 14 days of product delivery. 

The customer is responsible for payment of return shipping. This product does require hazmat shipping and proper hazmat shipping steps must be taken by the customer.

 

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request and approve it, we will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise specified.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any damage or missing components may affect your eligibility for a refund.

Per Shopify policy, you can expect your money to appear in your bank account within 2-10 business days; this cannot be expedited as it's done through Shopify, not through our business.


5. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
